Séraphine Bakery workshops are developed and led by Tess Kelly at her home in Kingston, NY. Tess has developed successful workshops at Kingston’s Senate House Museum and Van Cortlandt Manor. These workshops are designed to share knowledge and to learn how to create beautiful, delicious desserts in your own home kitchen.
French Cookie Making Workshop

Learn how to make the perfect Madeleines, sàbles, langue de chat, abricotine and bouchons. Theses cookies and cakes are perfect for desert or with afternoon tea. This is a hands-on workshop with step by step instructions. You will leave with the knowledge and the recipes (and a box of treats that you made!).
A light petit déjeuner will be served in the morning, followed by lunch and afternoon tea (and the treats that we made)! Early sign up is recommend. These are small classes and they fill up quickly.
Classes are $80 per person.
