Séraphine Bakery workshops are developed and led by Tess Kelly at her home in Kingston, NY. Tess has developed successful workshops at Kingston’s Senate House Museum and Van Cortlandt Manor. These workshops are designed to share knowledge and to learn how to create beautiful, delicious desserts in your own home kitchen.

We’re spending the weekend in a charming Catskills house cooking and eating dishes inspired by fall flavors and local farm goods—and you’re invited to join us.
On Saturday, September 23, we’re cooking up a three-course dinner (plus two cocktail snacks). and we want you to cook right alongside us. We’ll be teaching techniques and exploring seasonal ingredients as we prep. then sit together to enjoy the meal.
You’ll leave with a full menu of recipes to prepare at home.
On Sunday, September 24, we’ll bake together. We’ll show you how to use pate brisee four ways, including a quiche, a savory tart, a sweet tart, and an old-fashioned pie. During this hands-on workshop, you’ll make your own dough and tart and we’ll share tips for the perfect crusts and fillings.
Afterward, we’ll enjoy a late lunch together (and you’ll get the recipes).
