Séraphine Bakery makes visiting the Catskills extra sweet. We bake cakes, macarons, croissants, tarts, cookies for weddings, events, restaurants, and parties. Séraphine baked products are available in Hudson Valley farmers’ markets, and through wholesale purchases. Baking workshops for adults and kids are also held in Kingston, NY.

Baking Workshops

Séraphine Bakery workshops are developed and led by Tess Kelly at her home in Kingston, NY. Tess has developed successful workshops at Kingston’s Senate House Museum and Van Cortlandt Manor. These workshops are designed to share knowledge and to learn how to create beautiful, delicious desserts in your own home kitchen.

Tart Making Workshop

Saturday, February 18th, 10:30am to 3:00pm

In this workshop you will learn how to make the perfect pâte sucrée crust, pastry cream and almond fillings.
A light breakfast and lunch will be served, as well as afternoon tea and the delicious tarts we will have made!

$75 per person

Macaron Making Workshops

Saturday, March 18th, 12:00pm to 2:30pm.

Saturday, April 8th, 12:00pm to 2:30pm.

Learn how to make delicious french macarons! In this class you will learn the tricks of the trade – from selecting ingredients, to the critical steps for preparation.

$45 per person
