Baking Workshops

Séraphine Bakery workshops are developed and led by Tess Kelly at her home in Kingston, NY. Tess has developed successful workshops at Kingston’s Senate House Museum and Van Cortlandt Manor. These workshops are designed to share knowledge and to learn how to create beautiful, delicious desserts in your own home kitchen.

 


Macaron Making Workshops

Saturday, April 15th, 12:00pm to 2:30pm.

Learn how to make delicious french macarons! In this class you will learn the tricks of the trade – from selecting ingredients, to the critical steps for preparation.

$45 per person


Éclair Making Workshop

Saturday, April 29th,  11:00am to 3:30pm

Learn how to make pâte a Choux (a light pastry dough). In this class you will learn the step by step process in making pâte a choux dough, éclair’s, profiteroles, and gougères.

A light breakfast and lunch will be served.  Afternoon tea will be served along with a delicious éclair or profiterole that we will have made!

$75 per person
