Séraphine bakes classic French and American desserts. We bake cakes, macarons, croissants, tarts, cookies, wedding cakes, and quiche, for delivery and for events. Séraphine baked products are available in Hudson Valley farmers’ markets, and through wholesale purchases. Baking workshops for adults and kids are also held in Kingston New York, New York City, and in Southwestern France.
Sèraphine Workshops are taught by pastry chef Tess Kelly. The classes are taught in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and in France. They are hands on and lots of fun! She offers in-home private classes as well as group classes.
