Culinary Adventure in Southwest France

Join Séraphine Workshops and bluecashew Kitchen Homestead for a culinary adventure in Southwestern France. Explore the countryside with us, and learn how to plan meals while shopping at the local markets. We will take a day trip to Bordeaux and enjoy a delicious meal there. Explore the 15th century citadel in Blaye, and tour the vineyards of Saint-Émilion.

Spring Workshop in Nîmes France
May 28 – June 2nd 2021

Join us in the South of France this May for a celebration of Spring. This culinary adventure will take place in a stunning 18th century house that is within walking distance to all that city has to offer. We will take you on a walking tour to see the well preserved Roman monuments that Nîmes is known for. We will venture daily to Les Halles (market) to see what delicacies await us. They will surely inspire the incredible meals we will prepare together, complete with wine pairings from the region.

Cooking Classes

Classes are taught by chef Tess Kelly in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and in France. They are hands on and lots of fun! She offers in-home private classes as well as group classes.
