L’heure de l’apéro is a local tradition in France. During the interim between lunch and dinner, when your day is done and a small amount of food is in order.  Some of the things on our apéritif menu will be tartines, gougères, and rosemary potato chips. You will learn what cocktails to serve along side these savory snacks.
