Culinary Adventures in France

Join Séraphine Workshops and bluecashew Kitchen Homestead for a culinary adventure in Southwestern France. Stay in a renovated 18th Century mill with modern amenities. Explore the countryside with us, and learn how to plan meals while shopping at the local markets. We will take a day trip to Bordeaux and enjoy a delicious meal there. Explore the 15th century citadel in Blaye, and tour the vineyards of Saint-Émilion. There will also be daily hands-on cooking workshops where we will make meals and memories. Classes are taught by chef Tess Kelly in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and in France. They are hands on and lots of fun! She offers in-home private classes as well as group classes.
